Adrenaline Rush - Miami Drive is an endless runner in which you control a vehicle that has to escape from the police at full speed, avoiding traffic in both directions, as well as traps that the police will set up.

The gameplay in Adrenaline Rush - Miami Drive is very intuitive: tap the left side of the screen to turn left, and the right side to turn in that direction. Using these simple controls you have to try to dodge all the vehicles. In addition, you can charge against them when you pass them by, which gives you extra points.
